  How to retrieve forgotten username and/or password?

- Login to “My propertymart account” section
- Click on “Change Password” link under the “Manage Profile” section
- Enter your old password
- Enter your new password and confirm it by re-entering

No, Search is absolutely FREE and anyone can use propertymart.in search to find properties. You need to register to avail member benefits like “Save as Short-listed” property from search results.

 
  How to search for properties on propertymart.in?
propertymart.in offer following search options:-

propertymart Search : This search helps you find properties quickly on the basis of the type of transaction (Buy/Rent), type of property, Location (City), Budget .

Search by Locality : This search helps you to find properties in the specific locality of your choice. We have compiled a comprehensive list of localities across major cities. We keep on updating the list to serve you better.

Search by propertymart ID : Each property listed on propertymart.in bears a unique propertymart ID. Example: RA 100746. This search help you find a specific property by the propertymart ID.

 
  How are properties sorted on search result page ?

The properties on propertymart.in get updated regularly. By default the properties displayed on search result page are sorted on freshness i.e. most recent property listing is displayed on the top.

The search results can also be sorted on basis of :
- Price of the property
- Area of the property
- Fast Response Listings
- Rate (Price/unit area) of the property
 
  Why is “No records found” displayed on search result page?

“No records found” is displayed when there are no properties listed on propertymart.in matching your search criteria.

If you come across “No records found”, propertymart team recommends you to “Post Your Requirement”. This will ensure you get updates about properties matching your requirements through email and SMS.

  How to list the property for sale or rent on propertymart.in?

Please follow these easy steps to list your property on propertymart.in and reach to the potential buyers.

- Choose between basic or fast response listing.
- Existing users can login with their username and password

Provide details of your property by filling a simple form on “Create Your Listing“ section.
- Users can choose to also fill in Optional Details of their property which can potentially get more responses.
- New users can fill in their details to register with propertymart.in.
- Users selecting Fast Response Listing can also add a property photo to the listing (Optional).

Your property listing becomes visible to users of propertymart.in after validation of data. Validation of listing is usually completed within 48 hours.

 
  How long will my property listing be valid on propertymart.in?

Your property listing on propertymart.in, will be active and visible on search result page for a minimum period of 30 Days. This will ensure you maximum visibility and responses for your property. We will be sending you an intimation before your listing will expire and the listing will not be visible on search result page after this period.

 
  How much does it cost to list my property on propertymart.in?

You get limited Basic listings FREE on registration. You can check your balance listings in "My propertymart Account" However, this is a limited time free offer. REGISTER NOW to get FREE listings.

 
  How do I receive responses on my property listing on propertymart.in?

You can receive responses to your listings in following ways:

E-MAIL - A send email link is provided in your property listing. Whenever a person interested in your property tries to contact you, an email is sent to your email id registered with us.
 
SMS - A send SMS link is provided in your property listing. Whenever a person interested in your property tries to contact you, a SMS is sent to your mobile number registered with us.
 
My propertymart Account - Every response to your listing whether sent to you by email or SMS is also saved in your account. You can access them as follows:
- Login to "My propertymart Account"
- Go to "My propertymart Listing" in left panel

Select your property listing tab
- You will find all Responses listed below your property listing
 
  How to add a photograph to property listing on propertymart.in?

Following are the three easy ways to add photograph to your listing .

Direct Upload : Upload an image saved in your computer (.gif, .jpg format) of maximum size 200kb. There is an option to upload image when you reach listing confirmation page after providing data.

Email : Attach the property photo and mail them across to propertyimage@propertymart.in. Please mention your name, username and the propertymart ID in the subject line of the mail.

Post : We will scan and upload the non digital photograph of your property. Please send the photograph mentioning your Name, Username and propertymart ID at the back of photograph to following address :

  How to add a logo to property listing?

An Agent/Broker, Builder and Corporate can add a logo to the property listing. The logo can be uploaded at the time of “Registration” or by clicking “Modify Profile” in My propertymart account.
This logo will be visible along with the details of the listing.

 
  Why is my property/photograph not visible on the search result page?

Properties posted by every member undergo a validation process and data is screened before the property listing/photographs are displayed on the site. The validation process usually takes 48 hours after which the property listing appears on search result page.

 
  How to edit / add info / modify property listing?
- Click on “Manage Listing” in “My propertymart account” section
- Select the listing you wish to change
- Select from “Delete”, “ Add Info”, “Upgrade”

  Why should I Post requirement?

If there are “No records found” on the search result page matching your search criteria, or you do not like any of the properties displayed matching the criteria then propertymart team recommends you to “Post Your Requirement”. We will send you updates on properties matching your requirements through email and SMS.

 
  How to Post my requirement?

Please follow these easy steps to post your requirement on propertymart.in and get updates on matching properties.
- Existing users can login or new users can register on propertymart.in. It’s Free
